JENNINGS RANDOLPH PAPERS DEDICATED. Tens of thousands of official documents, photos, letters and other memorabilia were displayed today at the WV Culture Center. The display was part of the official dedication of the Jennings Randolph Collection now owned by the WV Division of Archives & History. Randolph was a Harrison County native and served in both the House of Representatives (Congress) and the United States Senate. In this photo and on behalf of Secretary of State Mac Warner, WVSOS Deputy Chief of Staff Mike Queen talks with the audience on the role Senator Randolph played in the passed of the 26th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution - the Amendment that lowered the voting age from 21 to 18.
