"Burn in the Burg" Chili Cookoff Winner! Jim Malfregeot is not just the vice mayor for the city of Clarksburg. He's also the former longtime owner of Washington Square restaurant and he's a well known local entrepreneur. On Saturday he became known as "Champion". Jim won the "Burn in the Burg" chili contest hosted by the United Way of Harrison County and held at Clarksburg City Park.
